In The Clone Wars they don’t get there by travelling to a physical planet, they fly through some giant structure which could be a World Between Worlds portal. Also when they are there Obi-Wan says he can’t pin down where they are in the galaxy or if they’re even in their own galaxy.

It is 100% Abeloth that Baylan is seeking. The theory about Shin is a good one. I doubt Abeloth would be able to possess Ahsoka. I see us getting more Anakin out of this because his help will be needed to contain her again. This may be how we see Ahsoka decide to cross over and take up the role of The Daughter with Anakin.

I really hope y'all are right about Abeloth, I still think the mythosaur at the end of Mando s3 will have a major impact on Dave's upcoming SW movie. It was one of the last unanswered teases they gave us, and the heroes could end up seeing the mythosaur help them beat Thrawn in a similar way to Ezra and the Purgil, while continuing the theme of him being able to calculate for every foreseeable loss until it comes to the force which has been his fatal flaw. Love y'all's theories, and obviously with so much new content in Ahsoka it is easy to forget about the lackluster season of mando, but Dave and Jon still planted some important seeds in that show that i have barely heard mentions of! If they are really planning on Ahsoka s2 before Mando s4 then maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree (s/o doug), but i really do believe there are more connections that could be key in the eventual story they are telling through all the shows/ movie.

I love this theory, I would add a twist. As a counter to the mother , let’s say Anakin has actually taken the father’s place as the balance and he brought ahsoka there to stand w baylon, sabine and shin to make sure the mother can’t escape. That could be ahsoka season 2 ending w Anakin sending them back to the main galaxy to join the fight w Thrawn knowing the dark side chaos is safely locked away.

Exactly what I've been thinking! The Anakin/Ahsoka episode showed his true balance in the force. That's the father through and through. Of course, Ahsoka is the daughter because facts. Anakin's line, "There's hope for you yet" keeps bouncing around my head for some reason. Feel like there's more to that line than meets the eye. I dunno. Love the Anakin/Ahsoka moments in live action. Rosario Dawson didn't really feel like Ahsoka to me until their interactions in that episode.

to connect ahsoka and mandalorian, get this, in rebels there is a mural that was photographed (being displayed as a hologram when hes talking to sabine on lothal) by Veris Hydan while investigating the world between worlds for palpatine, in this mural there is a "drawing" of the Son, the Father AND GROGU (its a tiny yoda species i assume grogu). they look to be doing some ritual! this MUST be connected

I want to throw a theory out there of how Baylan knew about the mortis gods, because he can read memories through the force. He did so with Sabine to give him the sphere. Could have done it with obiwan when they came back

I think Ahoska series protrayed Jaycen as being very force sensitive and a good mamma's boy, so much so, his path resembles that of Anakin's attachments to a fault. Imagine if Hera's well-being was somehow threatened, the character arc of Jaycen would be interesting. Especially if Ezra took him under his wing as apprentice.

Instead of bringing in all backstory or "Canon"; they could have Bailin looking for the "Dark Side" font & the "Light Side" Pool of Knowledge. But, I think Shin will get to it first and be turned into the Abeloth herself and then kill Bailin. I hope you like this idea.

@@tooslow4065 It's not that deep, guy. Think about it. Who is going to know about this temple-turned-prison? Short answer is: not the natives. Peridia is basically Sentinal Island if Sentinal Island was a planet. There's barely any civilization there and whatever civilization is there makes the Tuskin Raiders look like a Core World society. (Don't bother bringing up other planets in that galaxy because they do not matter or factor into this at all.) And in the event someone stumbled upon this potential temple-turned-prison, who is going to have the power to break the extremely-likely-to-exist seals on it keeping this monstrosity inside? Short answer is: not the natives. Great odds neither the raiders or the crab people have Force abilities, let alone any powerful enough to dismantle seals placed by a god. A Jedi or Sith or something on either level definitely could. The Great Mothers likely did know but guess what they did? Got the hell out of Dodge the first chance they got. They weren't about to unlease whatever horror Baylan is looking for. As for the Daughter's statue being headless, there are countless explanations, from being tied to her lifeforce to pure natural mechanisms that wore away the rock until the head collapsed. There's no real symbolism there aside from the Daughter already dead (but so are the Father and the Son for that matter).

Some notes for Ryan and Mr.-Trapped-In-The-TV: 1. It’s Abeloth, not “the Abeloth.” Or just call her “The Beloved Queen of the Stars.” 2. Abeloth does not merely POSSESS her victims; she consumes their consciousness and takes their form. She’s a body-snatcher, not some demon that can be driven out. Not only that, but she could “trade” bodies at will: you think you’re stabbing her with a lightsaber, only to find out she’s swapped her body with one of her puppets and has gotten away (like what happened with Dyon Stadd). Abeloth also caused those Jedi exposed to her in their youth (while in hiding on a Jedi base in the Maw during the Yuuzhan Vong war) to develop a “Force psychosis,” wherein they saw everyone around them as an imposter and felt the urge to return “home” to her. 3. The Maw was a massive, unnatural collection of black holes created by the Celestials and their Killik slaves; Abeloth’s world was in a gravity “island” between two of those black holes, which were being held in place by Sinkhole Station. After Centerpoint Station’s destruction during the Second Galactic Civil War, Sinkhole Station destabilized. Sinkhole’s eventual destruction allowed for Abeloth’s release (with the help of the Lost Tribe of the Sith and a Sith Meditation Sphere). I could go on. And will if you want me to. Feel free to have me proofread any future video scripts involving Abeloth, or anything else from the Battle of Endor on. 🤷🏻‍♂️

A lot of concepts in this show are akin to similar ones in Norse mythology, not just Skoll and Hati. The world between worlds being an allusion to the tree known as Yggdrasill which connects to different worlds and the Nightsisters being very similar to the three seeresses known as the Norns (a version of the Fates of Greek mythology).

A few things... 1. I really hope Abeloth is a threat for the future. Like post sequel trilogy. 2. If The Wold Between Worlds is the key to finding Abeloth that might be why the ancient Jedi called it "The Vergence Scatter", because pieces of Abeloth are scattered across the universe, or the entryways are scattered across the universe. Some bullshit like that. 3. Are other animals, like say the Mythosaur, force sensitive and able to access hyperspace? 4. While I don't think Abeloth is the "somehow" in Palpatine's return I do think the Night Sisters COULD have a connection. Isn't Palps wearing a red robe similar to theirs in TROS?

The interesting thing, is that ‘The Father’ isn’t even pointing to the light/building in the distance, because his hand is closed into a fist. So again, it may be a warning, or it simply means go no further. Also, as a side note, I think Heavy Spoliers is incorrect, I think that that animals aren’t the wolf-like creatures on Peridea, because the image shows an animal with faces that are shorter and they seem physically taller too. I think they look more like Fathiers.

I notice that the Abeloth has tenicles in the concept art... Is this how Thrawn will die in the future?! During Rebels, Thrawn's mind is still puzzled by the Bendu, saying: "You cannot see, but I can. I see your defeat...like many arms surrounding you in a cold embrace." So maybe in Filoni's new Star Wars movie, Thrawn will be the main baddie, until another main baddie will interfere with the New Republic and Thrawn's empire, and Thrawn will get eaten by the Abeloth, making it the first Star Wars horror movie. I think in season 2, we'll see that the left, broken statue on Peridea, was actually Abeloth. Something happened (eg they locked her away in Peridea somewhere), and when the Father and Son left, the Daughter was "born" sometime before leaving, and replaced The Mother, in a role-sense

You could be onto something here. The show seems very much influenced by mythology. The Daughter could be somewhat similar to the Greek god Dionysus who was born of a human mother - Persephone and the god Zeus (the father). Zeus also had another wife named Hera and Persephone later became the Queen of The Underworld and birthed a character named Jason. Rebels was a cartoon so there couldn't be any s*x scenes, but perhaps Kanan isn't Jacen's father at all and he like Anakin was created by The Mother through the force.

If this is right, it would mean so much for the Star Wars movies. Maybe even Ahsoka passed on the spirit of the Daughter to Rey to explain her flow with the Force, and with this theory of Abeloth being the one behind Palpatine’s return, Filoni might be able to achieve the impossible. Redeem the Sequels. (I wont watch it again, but at least most fans will acknowledge it)

ScreenCrush , I am telling you this because I respect you. People are laughing every time you ponder about what Balan Skoll is pointing or looking at from the top of the Father statue arm. He is looking at Shin Hati, who is standing on top of a far away mountain pointing her lightsaber straight up, as to reveal her whereabouts. Don't feel bad because New Rockstars hasn't figured this out either. In all fairness, with all the hidden easter eggs it's easy to overthink things.

I hope they keep building up/ teasing the Mortis stuff, but have the conclusion of the arc take place decades later during the SW timeline. Make a Star Wars Episode X: Path of the Jedi, showing why it was so important for Obi-wan, Anakin and Luke to become force ghosts; they still have one last mission to compete: stopping Abeloth. Movie would take place in world between world like place/ Mortis. Maybe even have it coincide with TROS and explain Palpatine resurrection has to do with Abeloth. They could even face a Sith spirit Palpatine In the WBW. Anakin would strike him down at the same moment that Rey deflects the lightning back at him, giving that scene in TROS a new context. Would then set up the next series of movies w Rey, WHILE also giving a satisfying conclusion to the fans of Luke/ Anakin/ Obi wan.

I think its the Mother statue missing her head and separated from the Father statue, and not the sister. Once ahe became Abeloth they wanted no monuments to her remaining. Just my theory.
