When you called this chair mass produced, I had to stop and think. Today a mass-produced chair will probably be molded plastic with metal legs attached by a machine. The factor where this chair was made must have had an army of skilled craftsman producing perhaps with a machine each of these parts and then assembling them and finishing it. It is good that you keep these things alive for it speaks well of the original craftsman’s memory.

I'm betting the laser is not very hard to use. The software does most of the work for you. Using a lathe requires a lot more skill. I'm sure I could figure out the laser without a problem. But I would have zero chance of doing most of the other things he does.

The laser was interesting to watch. I imagine if one makes a living through this work, lasers could be useful. Honestly, I most enjoy watching how you take your calipers, measure angles, and then create an incredible replica of the first decorative thing ( I don't know what it is called). The work on the lathe is phenomenal. Thank you!

You did very well using your new laser cutter. I have been using metal cutting lasers for the last 25 years, Sorry to say you have a lot to learn with it. focal length and distance between material and head is very important, this is why it burnt in the middle of your cut. Also they do not like cutting laminated materials which could be your problem here. Still, love your videos and carry on with the great content.
