also, the coil face velocity to be limited. the water shall be carried over when the face velocity go above 500 fpm

Agar AHU CFM jyada ho to bhi blower water Apni Taraf khinchta Hai or AHU ki CFM Pully size glt hone se jyada CFM Dene lgta hai

Sirji in my site more than 50 FAHU having same problem and U trap also ok and after changing new bag filter also water flooding and this problem coming in summer only and our Ahus running onVFD so the speed also varies so can u explain what are the causes except what you explain

But sir in my ahu almost same problem but EC motors fixed in supply return air using EC motor EC motor frequency can kept supply is 100% return air kept 60% to 80% in this motors frequency can change one more ahu is big size which the centre of cooling coil one more drain try fixed bottom drain connected centre drain try bottom link but here bottom try water is not drain due air taking from u trap but centre Darin tray water sucking fan motor due to 100% supply ahu motor pls suggest me if you give you whathapp number i can send you photos
