Agree. Even as an artist I kinda loved DALL-E 2 because it would come up with some really interesting surreal images that you kind of had to interpret like a puzzle. It hadn't quite reached the stage it is now of blatantly just trying to be the most mass-appealing "prettiest" style (to quash those pesky and expensive human artists). This tech has its strengths but once the kinks are all ironed out it'll just be fully detestable. Shame.
