Hi Kaushik! Please don't get offended, but my simple question is what is use of being the member here for more than 2 years (almost 3 years). I've NEVER EVER GOT ANY NOTIFICATION , About your live streams!! Please let me know what is the use of this membership? Also, after evey 2 or 3 mins.. there comes an ad, in this stream. My membership is NOT USEFUL here too, because being member, I shouldn't get any such disturbance, right?? I've to face this music as well. Now, I'm feeling offended here !! Please resolve these tiny but very annoying issues !! My biggest issue is, I've never get to interact with you after all these many years of membership !! Please do take action, in this direction and hope to speak / interact with you at least in your next live stream !!! Thanks.

I agree with you. There are some inherent problems with the way KZbin works that are not in my control. But I don't want to give excuses. If you feel this way, I need to try and do better. Would you mind getting on a call and having a conversation with me? I would love to hear your suggestions on how this can be improved.
