Hello David, I am one of the people you talk about, I watch your videos as well as other AI youtubers. As an anecdotal case, I can tell you why I haven't done anything other than watch and try out some of the tools you have recommended. Firstly, there are so many choices out there of things to try from all the channels that I watch and my attention gets pulled in all directions. Secondly, some of the ideas I have had are too vague and so when I try to do them then they don't work out first time and I give up. Thirdly, I joined another youtubers newsletter and got completely spammed so I am hesitant to join groups and spend money for something that might be useless and take up too much of my time and inbox. Lastly, I have work to do that I know will make me money, AI is full of uncertainty for me so I have some trepidation. I do find your channel inspiring and have tried some of the tools, I personally enjoy the interviews you have, I like to be inspired for what is possible. Keep up the good work. Hope this is helpful for you. Other people may have similar reasons as me.

I have been guilty of watching so many videos on AI but not implementing.... I'm a chronic procrastinator what can I say. But the first action step I can take is create my first automation with Make. I think that will open the door to creating a habit of creating AI automations and projects.

I'm in the same coding boat, too. Absolutely felt it when you said you had loads of ideas but no coding skills - that’s me to a T! And giving ideas away for free because we've got an endless supply broski :)

Jack or David? You can have an LLM of your choice (like chatgpt or claude) explain it to you one step at a time

You can 10x your users by offering a free month to your school. I realise you might not be able at this time to scale that efficiently, but you'd get a lot more people and influence immediately. I cant afford your school right now, but if i had a free month and could make just $100 after that, it's a great value proposition!
