This would be huge time saver. My concern is that what will be the model category of cabinets generated with this tool? Curtain wall panel or casework?

when he selects it (4:34), Revit says it's a Curtain Panel

In this case the cabinets modeled using this tool won't be the part of casework schedules. And this will not help in projects where we need proper category wise schedules. @Balkan Architect, Can a facility be added to change the category of cabinets once get modeled from curtain panel to casework.

@@richapanwar2275 Simply create a curtain panel schedule and change the title to read "Casework Schedule", it's that easy😊. The pyramids were constructed without Revit categories, why is it such an issue now?

@@Airmpire muscle memory is muscle memory - I find blender quite easy - others think the Ui is hard. I was more reflecting from the point of view of my students. But yeah you are right

How can I add sections inside the cabinets? And if I make a section, do you see the thickness of the cabinets in the cut?

You will need RCCS (Realtime Custom Cabinetry System) to achieve this. 123-Cabinetry has a lower level of detail which is suitable for users who only require simple cabinetry models.
