Hi! Ajay, There is another type of tile called cool roof tiles. Mainly manufactured by Johnson and Orient bell. These tiles have SRI value of more than 90% and hence it reflects most of the sunlight back and prevents the concrete roof slab from getting hot during day time. It is heard that upto 15deg temperature reduction is possible by laying these tile on roof slab.
