I mean it will be value to everyone but not really to 3d artists as it'll replace their livelihood and it'll end up as a hobby which can still be fulfilling but idk hard to see it as a positive cause imagine you work hard to get your ideas out.... but its drown in a sea of content... like content is now as things get shorter format... now imagine everyone on the planet making something each day and everything doesn't really mean anything.

you are wrong about comparing a painter to a 3d modeler. 3d modeling is modeling the designed idea. hes not a designer . a painter designs and paints the idea which is in his mind. so what you said is completely wrong .

Oh there definitely were people complaining.. it was a general complaint of “there are too many jobs being outsourced” and it’s happened in a lot more industries outside of 3d

There's ant-elephant difference between prompting and sculpting 3D in viewport. The artist will only come first anyway. AI will only give those with inability a mild advantage of giving life to their dreams. Customised 3D art will only be with artists.

but there will be very less demand for customized 3d art..it will be more like a rich guys game..90% or maybe more of the world wont care how the content is made as far as it solves the purpose. Ai may replace a conventional 3d artist with the one really good at 3d and Ai prompts or development. If Sora as per demos is as powerfull then 2 3 years down line it may become a powerhouse of content production.

What customized are you talking about there was a time when we were wondering if generating a 3d model with ai is possible or not and now we your saying custumized model can only be done by an artist I think you don't understand ai well...

@@jatingulati2092 why dont u try using that Ai generated models in video games. it will be a havoc. That aside, only a human can judge the perception of another human and can create believability even when doing something stylised.
