@@lifewithumasharma2779 ye exam year me do bar hota tha , lekin delay ki wajah se ek bar hi conduct ho raha hai. Ho sakta hai next year se actual me wapas do bar hone. lage. LLB complete karne ke sath sath bare acts and important case laws and previous year ke papers se bhi familar ho jao, jab bhi exam ho tab appear ho jana. Best of luck 👍

I am also an AIBE 2021 passout advocate but I don't think this COP does not affect much more in legal profession many lawyers are even practicing 7/8 years in legal field with their state bar enrollment number.

The deserving candidates passed. What these students think was clearing AIBE would be as easy clearing their law college exam since the majority of law colleges dont bother about the education or the quality of students passing out of those colleges. Being in practise for 3 years I have observed most of the graduates dont care about the profession leave that they dont even know how to read a bare act their face goes expressionless when asked basic questions all they care about is advocate sticker on their car and they beleive they derive their power from that sticker instead an advocate derives his power from his knowledge and skills. Its good these many candidates failed I hope only the true deserving ones would join the BAR.

I cleared aibe 18.. paper was standard and tricky.. but overall satisfactory.. the standard of such examination should have transitioned long ago.. there are some students who don't take their college days, LL.B studies seriously rather they prefer to go to the unstable court chamber beneath the banyan trees and do start intermediation.. So those who are in last semester now, should start their AIBE preparation seriously. All the very best.❤❤❤

When a student has already passed out law then there is no question to test the ability of a lawyer again and again spoiling the career of a student. Why bar council of india has chosen 2009-2010 batches to give aibe why they have excused those who have passed before these is biasness why they have not included those senior advocates who have not passed aibe before 2009.so there should not be any aibe exam this pattern shold be removed and give chances to new advocates .when there was no aibe before law passed students became direct advocates ,judges,but now what is this spoiling life of lawyers.so sir i request you to kindly remove this aibe exam and bring the older process

Sure,but then they should give fix salary also to the advocates,otherwise why should any1 go through all these hurdles,to become just a junior and having no money lawyer and client searching efforts,I also support that lawyers should give all exams to become advocate but then ,there must be some job security which is not there in legal profession at all.
