One of the worst in customer service, I was not able to go in since I am not German and was not allowed to travel from Abu Dhabi to Oman for 7 days because of the visa, and one I decided to cancel the trip because of them, I was not able to refund the money which is 1500 Euro. And I am still Emailing them but no positive response. So, please think 1000 times before you are doing anything with them.

I don't see how that's the cruise line's problem. Always get your visas etc sorted before booking a trip.

Please learn how to speak AIDA !! It is not spoken like Idaho! But A-I-da Maybe the best for English speaking guys would be to Speak R - E - da ( don’t roll the R)

Willy you do not need to be that rude or do i call it karen? Im wondering if you can pronounce all of the costa cruises names in their right pronouncement or the MSC ships names! Its okay to speak some names not right if it is not your language! So relax !
