This book is a must have for adults to I'm an adult born 1980 I reported bullying at school 2 majour incidences were threatened with a knife and a carrier bag over my head because I reported it I am now labelled Grasser /someone who tell tales/ everyone's told what a bad girl I've been including people who move in its years later and they won't let it rest even encouraged kids to have this attitude to me now their accusing me of staring at me as well I'm not in a position to move but Aija Mayrock book makes me feel better and helps but reporting where I live you have to think trice about because apparently its grassing I've even had a white van trying to rum me over I've heard people complain it was supposed to cream. Me and why did don't I get creamed

Two points: people most certainly bully at work on the adult world today because the current working generations have not received the benefits or DASA/SEL education and training. These generations may be introduced to concepts through their school aged children or community advocates, however , they seems to entitle that it was not part of their educational make up , so they are entitled, immune, grand fathered in from caring. I was bullied at work and quit fir good cause.behind scene political strings through the village of Easthampton NY to leave me unsupported in my claim. The owner of the business and her right hand employees are left to continue bullying in a small business setting. 2. America is a difficult country to secure from bullying because we are very very international and our government is both misunderstood and unique.. If bullying education is not done at the international level, such that all immigrants arrive to America with a common code of conduct , schools and work place will always struggle in terms of this issue. I suggest that free DASA/anti bully workshop education is required to receive ANY WORk VISA and CITIZENSHIP. That’s all thank you .
