Dude yes I'm so tired of that happening and nobody ever talks about it. Can't wait till mine gets here! Also always pay the extra $14 to $16 for the 2 year service plan. I've been waiting for a while to send my original elite in because of the grip on the back is coming up and I have a tiny bit of stick drift. They emailed me a shipping label so I can send it in and they send me a gift card for how much I paid for the controller that I put for the series 2.

i think its a huge upgrade, the stick tension is a gamechanger i have it between the xbox one and xbox 360 tension (xbox one is a bit too loose and the 360 a bit to stiff) its way better than my previous white elite controller it is sad the accessoires arent interchange-able

I upgraded my Elite 1 to the series 2, just a wonderful upgrade. Awesome controller made even more awesome. I love the ability to tighten up the sticks, I have mine on the tightest. And really like the “classic” thumbs sticks , the middle two with the wider, flat tops 3:00 and unlike the previous Elite you can use this for xCloud. The first Elite isn’t Bluetooth, series 2 is.

I got mine from CEX for 110 quid and 2 year warranty. Comfiest thing I’ve ever put in my hands and is still in good condition even after god knows how long usage. My most favourite thing about it though is everything to do with the thumb sticks. You can use different thumb sticks, and adjust the tension and sensitivity curve for better aim in shooters. 9/10 would recommend. The only thing I don’t like about the controller is that I wish the highest tension for the thumbsticks was a bit higher as to me personally it feels like regular Xbox one tension, but I did get it used from CEX so maybe it’s a bit worn.

I definitely love this controller, after using it for about a month, I’m definitely getting used to it, the only flaw to me is the bottom two back paddles, they’re kind of oversized and they get in the way of me getting good grip on the controller. So a lot of times I only play with the top two back buttons.

On Amazon, Scuf actually sells smaller back paddles for the Elite Series 2 controller. I don't own an Elite Series 2 yet, but I've seen accessories for it on that site. Might help you get full access to your controller.

When I got my elite controller it was a piece of junk, i ordered it from Microsoft and right when I got it there was already issues, the weight wasn’t even. Not only that, after one month of use both triggers completely stopped working.

I have the Problem. That it wont get connect that easily with my Win10. My Mainboard (MSI x570 Pro Gaming carbon WiFi) has BT in it. It search and search (long long time). Then when it found and connected. I Start the game. My game is lagging, my FPS Drops from over 100 to Und er 10. The left + right Thumbsticks drufting to everywhere, without touching the Controller. Then connecting lost. My PC is next to me so 40cm far away. Do i need a extra BT Adapter? Or the Mainboard BT should be enough? Or is the BT function from the Controller broken? With cable no Problem. All stabil. And working fine.

Amazon reviews trash this controller for having stick drift and poor quality face buttons (sticking, falling off ) etc. I recommend you read the recent reviews for all the controllers you are considering on amazon. If you still want to get it, buy it at Walmart or Best Buy because you can get really good warranties for free/cheap. Otherwise I recommend the PowerA Fusion Pro. Like the elite but wired and much better materials.

The #1 thing that makes this controller stand out is the fact you can up the stick tension (this needs to be the standard for all controllers) the downside is there's tons of reports of bad stick drift after just a few weeks of use (including mine which i swapped out for a new one)

Yes you can, plug it in and just hit the sync button on both the controller and the system and it should show up on the ps4 as Bluetooth controller or THE ACTUAL name xbox wireless controller.

Yes just like the 2 series 1 elite controllers I owned prior to this, left thumb stick drifts left.. how I discovered this is by doing designs for car liveries on Forza Horizon 2,3 and 4 , when placing layer , let go thumb sticks then just move a layer left or right and then gently return it to centre then try quickly moving layer to one side and let go of thumb stick, watch it drift your design off the page😀👍🇦🇺🇳🇿
