It's interesting to see how much you've changed watching these more "traditional" kihon techniques, but I think it's great to see the different approach as it gives your "modified Aikido" versions some reference.

as this was recorded almost 20 years ago there are a few things I teach differently now, but as a demonstration of the core of these basics techniques I think this still stands as an OK introduction for newcomers to our art.
