Hello Aikidokas, good 5. Grading Level. Very much Technics for this Level. I Think it is not important Suwari Waza at this Kyu Level. ....only for your Sensei: to pass a examination is not very important for Newcomers in Aikido. Do not show something for a Video, what is not in a Testing order in Honbu Doja of Japan. I have a bad english. Sorry
