This shows a method of entry. The most important and difficult aspect is learning to relax enough to enter without being stopped. The variations on this are many including striking or stabbing as you enter. I have done this in real life.

I am not sure of the question. The method of moving we use for everything. The particular technique has several applications regardless of situation...

When done correctly the movement takes very little time while at the same time unbalancing the opponent with the entry. I think I have a clip or two showing it a speed, I will take a look and post it.
