When I first found your channel it was during lockdown here in Canada (which is still truthfully going on). I had been so lonely and emotionally exhausted, but your content has helped me take care of my emotional needs. Last Thursday I walked to the local book store and bought The Ocean at the End of the Lane due to your recommendations, and I’m so excited to start it. Thank you so much for your content, it has really helped soothe and motivate me 🧡♥️

WORKOUT IDEA: when I work out I watch KZbin because I can watch one or a few longer videos or a bunch of shorter videos or bounce around and do a mix of both. I also have different playlists such as: current favs, whole albums that are fun to listen to all the way through, upbeat stuff, oldies but goodies, musical theater, even whimsical movie stuff and song that make me want to dance. I also read audiobooks but have the same problem of it having to be a certain type of book, so I do that only when I feel like it and am really immersed in the story and can’t put it down. Also, if you’re really immersed in a tv show, I like watching tv shows while on a run. Watching a fav movie is nice too. I find it helpful to let my brain go wherever it wants and with whatever distractions it needs so running doesn’t feel like a break in my routine, but a continuation of where my brain wants to go. Instead of feeling like my mind and body are disconnected, the movement of my mind and my running can make exercise a peaceful pocket of time where I can just focus on me, my thoughts and the sensations of running, at the same time. Hope that helps!🤗

I started to learn Turkish yesterday. I downloaded a text book for beginners and it has audio with it. I would love to study Japanese when I finish this Turkish course as well as a French course. Arabic is my mother tongue and I am fluent in English and I hope to learn more languages. You are a great motivation for me to keep going on. Thank you 🙏 and I love your videos. You even motivated me to write down my ideas of stories and maybe I will write a book!! Who knows !! Maybe I’ll dedicate it for you 🤔 imagine that 😊

Watching you get so organised was an excellent example. I'm at home all the time for the last couple of months and It's so difficult for me to get a proper routine, do exercise or get out of home. Thank you for sharing this :) What tablet are you using? (while you were reading a manga/comic)

I feel like I'm actively brainstorming at least three different story plots at the same time, lol, so I can totally relate to the taking random notes on your phone, never bad practice to just write out the basic idea and you'll get to it eventually :)

@christy-anne-jones3 жыл бұрын
Awwh thank you 💛 Wow you have a wonderful memory! Hahah it was this one, but I shattered the infuser on the inside (the bit that actually holds the tea leaves), which is why I'm now using a metal tea infuser. Thankfully the rest of the teacup/lid was okay 💛
