Natural justice requires that both sides must be heard, a fair trial is a basic human right, the magistrate commenting that the man raped the child for muti purposes is like putting on trial for witchcraft which is unheard in our courts. The magistrate compromised impartiality. We are breaking our society apart, the purpose of justice is to restore order and build society. The whole process in this case looks like lynching.
