I went many decades having to pee constantly. Wet the bed til I was 13. Lots of other issues. Speech therapy, lazy eye, gastro, very high bp, blah blah blah. Over the years I had to plan my trips around bathrooms more and more. I got really really really sick a couple of years ago with gallstones and couldn't eat anything but a little trail mix, fruit smoothies with milk and yogurt and boiled eggs. I decided to ride it out on my own. After a while, even though I looked like hell, I felt amazing. Eating LOTS of fruit, fresh veggies and limiting meat, salt, processed sugar has made sooooo much difference in my life it makes me tear up thinking about it. Don't know if its the vit c or what but who cares. I love meat but oh well. My life is so much better now. Not perfect, but good. Good luck to you young lady.

You are such a brave girl i must say. Dealing with too many illnesses with small babies, thats need lots of courage. 5 years ago i diagnosed with diabetes type 2 and that was so shocking for me. Its like a bomb exploded on me. And than 3 years ago i diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I was so disheartened that i decided to not have more kids. I always think that i will die soon so who will take care of my kids after that. Since the day i diagnosed with diabetes till today, i ask myself "WHY ME" after seeing others living happy and healthy life. But after knowing about you, it gives me hope that i can also cope with this up. BLESS YOU.

I have Diabetes insipidus. I had an MRI scan and it was detected! This could be an alternative option to a water deprivation test 🙂

Hi Aimee, I'm new to your channel and I appreciate your work because I also have chronic illnesses. Looking over your list, I can't help but notice all of my overlaps too. Have you ever been tested for bartonella, bebesia, and lyme? These infections, along with MCAS, are often the root of many of the other illnesses you/we have. (And that jaw pain/lock jaw you speak of is typical bartonella! They also wreak havoc on the endocrine system.) I recommend going to see an ND who focuses in chronic infections--traditional medicine doctors tend to think these illnesses don't exist or at least aren't chronic and they don't use proper tests. I'm sure you probably don't want advice or people trying to diagnose you--so I'll just leave it at this. I just see similarities between the two of us and thought maybe these could help you if you haven't already investigated them. If you wanted to talk more about them I'm happy to chat, but obviously no pressure. Best wishes to you and your health journey.

Yes I have been tested multiple times for that. It all came up negative. Thanks so much for the advice though! :) Glad to know you understand how I feel though! Hoping you have some healthy days!!

Just finding your channel. If you have not already done this, I would love to see a video where you talk about being a wife and mom with CFS. I have multiple chronic illnesses as well but it seems that my chronic fatigue is the one that interrupts my life the most. My boyfriend and I have been really talking about marriage lately and of course children, but I worry I will not be able to be a good wife or mother due to my health. It would be great to hear some advice or even just practical things that you do to help you through your day as both a wife and mother. You should also look into getting tested for Lyme disease if you have not already. A lot of the things that you have spoken about correlate with Lyme. I have a lot of the similar issues that you do, and most of them actually stem from the Lyme disease. Not to try and put another diagnosis on you, but I do know it is very much under and miss diagnosed. Just food for thought. I’m personally am not celiac but I am gluten sensitive. I have noticed a huge difference since going gluten-free, my gut issues are not nearly as severe and my arthritis has significantly improved. I am not too familiar with Palio (though it is probably a diet I should be on) so I am not sure what the gluten protocol is with that diet. But I would highly recommend going gluten free for a while and see how that makes you feel. Be aware of cross contamination as well. I have to use a different toaster than the rest of my family. You may already do this, but make sure you always check food labels as gluten hides in things you would never expect. I know this is a long comment, but I talk a lot too lol. I love how you talked about trading bloat and fatigue. I deal with severe bloat and usually look pregnant as well. As much as I would like to have a slimmer body I totally understand what you mean about having more energy than looking good. Fatigue is probably one of the most debilitating conditions that I have. I’ve really been struggling with my body image lately as I’m very inflamed and have gained at least 10lbs over the past few months. I’m on a new med that causes weight gain around the gut. It’s so frustrating to have to choose feeling good over looking good. I’m excited to watch more of your videos! Thank you for sharing your journey, it truly is helpful to know I’m not alone!
Linked some videos for you. My husband has done 2 videos for me (we have plans for more soon), and I have a few on motherhood, but hopefully this one helps you! Yes I've been tested for Lymes disease many, many times haha. All negative. Paleo is basically just whole foods. Paleo is gluten free but It's not just gluten free, it's grain free (no rice, oats, etc either). It's dairy free and legume free too.

Aip paleo is really really hard... keep doing the updates... I'm considering doing more plant based. It's how I lost weight before. I'm just not losing weight right now between pcos and hypothyroidism. Will be looking for the recipes. Can you do almond flour based for bread? Rather, can Momma? Praying baby boy sleeps better. Remind me of his name. Its Milo or Miles, right? This memory of mine, girl!! See, I get headaches and stomach aches from kinda POTSy stuff. The stomach ache is totally my fault. I don't know how to balance eating and hydrating so I overfill my body. It's not overeating at least. I urinate like crazy but I have Interstitial Cystitis too. Thank you for letting us hang out with you!!! I love it. Don't stop. Add in "me time" ideas that are doable when exhausted. Please and thanks. Your channel is the only one I watch faithfully.

I am excited to share my easy paleo recipes. I am just perfecting some right now but will have some videos out soon! I have some almond flour recipes. My stomach doesn't love almond flour...but it doesn't love anything so I eat it anyway. Almond flour gives me much more energy though so it's worth it! So hard to balance the water and food. I get stomach aches from too much water too! It's so annoying because I am also always thirsty haha. oooooh great video idea! non exhausting "me time". Added to the list! Thanks for supporting me here on KZbin. I feel like we are real life friends now. :) Prayers of health to you!!!

@@Aimee_Esther Sounds good. I was paleoish before too (but it was before I had to ditch cruciferous veggies for thyroid). What is it about chronic illness and every diet known to man being tested and tried? Ha... if you find out anything else that helps with pots, let me know. ;)
