Re-watching all these scenes you realize that the writers literally had Robin and Patrick go through every obstacle possible as a couple, they didn’t even get a smooth pregnancy. Robin has a child who does not test positive for HIV, but then Robin goes into DIC and almost dies. I never understood why they had to give them an obstacle no matter what🤷‍♀️

I think this little scare she had made she already felt like she was a bad mom. Thinking that this is what put the whole Postpartum Depression in progress for her. Already feeling like she failed her. Eventho she knew it wasn't in her control. Is either Emma would have Died during birth or a 1% chance of she getting HIV.. but we all know Robin she will blame her self for the rest of her life.. happy but sad.

I love Scrubs but 14 years later, still can’t believe they went soooo basic and trendy with the name of their kid: Emma. I mean, Georgie is literally how Emma came to be, so I expected that name to be in the mix but no. (I guess they were saving it for Maxie but still….) Anna was and is Robin’s North Star but nope. Filomena was Robin’s honorary grandmother but no. Felicia and Tiffany helped raise her, but no. Patrick’s beloved mother was Maddie, but nowhere in the mix. Hell, let’s think about the male side (Robert - Roberta, nickname Bobbie (also a person who helped raise Robin) or Robbie. Mac - Robin’s father most of her life - Mackenzie or even Mac. Noah - Norie. Frisco (Andrew) Jones (yet another one of Robin’s honorary uncles) - Andrea. Anthony (Tony) Jones - Antonia. Alan (Quartermaine) - Alanna. They literally just picked the top 10 names of 2008. Sooo boring. MILLICENT would have been more interesting. There are a 50 eleventybillion Emmas her age. So boring.
