Currently starting to work on a diet plan. My goal is to lose fat. I'm currently 226. My current goal is to lose 60 pounds. I feel like its a doable goal. I work early in the morning and I'm not much of a morning person. In the past few months I would just grab 2 packs of poptarts and one was breakfast, one was lunch and I ate dinner when I got home which is normally just what ever I got at the store that can go in the microwave and is quick. I want to change that. I don't eat a lot in the morning like most days I would only eat one pack of poptarts. My current plan is to bring an apple or two and a small handfull of carrots to work and then eat dinner when I get home. For dinner that's when I'm getting my protein. Instead of microwave fried chicken I feel like a grilled chicken breast would be better. A cup of rice, some red, green, and yellow peppers with some chopped onion cook it in a pan. I also want to do meal prep I feel like it would help me stick to the diet more. When I come home from work the last thing I want to do is cook. Set aside a day on the weekend buy the stuff I need for the week and prep it. Also I have a very bad soda addiction. I plan to stop that, I've been drinking mostly non caffeinated soda recently to get my caffeine down from what it use to be. I plan to just drink water and now watching this I want to add beetroot juice and Pineapple juice. I already love pineapple and eat it a lot and always drink the juice so that won't be a problem. I feel like I'm on the right track just need to start doing it and making those changes.

He never touched upon food supplements. You can't perform without those when you are older. Some days after grinding Gridshot for longer periods of time my point finger joint stops moving and starts to hurt. I have to take glucosamine and chondroitin to keep playing. Also too few topics were covered in the video and the tips are very generic. For athletic gaming they won't work. People's wrists and backs are still gonna hurt to the point of retirement from gaming and no amount of "green leafy" will prevent that. I have a feeling this guy makes a living off of people that hire fitness couches just for the checkmark and Instagram shots. "Just eat good, dude". Doh...
