AION Was "good". However Korean Gaming Culture is completely different in expectations than NA/EU players; Korean gamers are fine with class imbalance, insane RNG and long grinds to level as well as crafting and obtaining essential core materials to Craft. NC Soft did *not* make the necessary adjustments to tool-kits, class & combat balance RNG (especially in regards to Mana Stones & Enchanting etc), long grinding, combat while in flight until years later. Within the first year AION broke all MMORPG records for the most attended game at launch but then lost the most players as the Dev team completely ignored the requests of the majority of the cutting edge players. When the game went F2P the Dev team began to "fix" issues however *removed what others and myself feel was one of the most favorable core components of the game - Rifting!!!* and instead added that retarded Fast Track Ch. to aid non PvP players within a PvP centered game. *sigh* Rifting was an absolute blast especially at lower levels; allowing level 50+ players into a level 30 area was just plain stupidity and destroyed what little was left to Rifting or Twinking. IF NC would have listened to it's NA/EU player base the game would have thrived. Still to this date the game has a population of hard core die hards. It is indeed by far the most beautiful game graphically over all and has a mind blowing music through out. I wish that NC would develop an AION 2 - completely revised with the NA/EU players in mind. PS I am here looking for specific tracks to use as background for raiding in another game. BEAUTIFUL music.
