Dear PA Header pressure depends on coal size, moisture in fuel, density of bed material, which type of fuel used like dolachar + coal etc.

Always water should be heated in deaerator below saturation temperature, if more temperature given at less pressure formation of steam takes place which is dangerous for pump.
