Hi there.. why was it disappointing to fly with Air canada??

I found them disappointing because the cabin crew bordered on being rude, the food was pretty bad, we were only ever offered drinks once. I get that there’s other people on the flight, but I’ve flown with other airlines who have far better customer service than this. That said, when we booked the tickets they were reasonably priced.
