Let me clarify: 1. 99.9% travellers, including business class pax, have no limo ride for AC. Limo is common for Carriers, even like Air China; 2. Signature lounge only available for AC Business flights out of Toronto YYZ, not MONTREAL, NOT VANCOUVER!! 3. Picky lounge access policy, signature lounge only for AC business class, not even Star Alliance Business Class, AND only by cash! Reward AC ticket not allowed. Question: Why the hell is the signature for? Sounds good, never gonna work.

STAR ALLIANCE FLYER I prefer it that way. Last time I flew Toronto to Seoul, it was very nice and quiet in the signature suite. No smelly backpackers or trip report weirdos.

For those who have never experienced Air Canada’s world renowned First class product (transcontinental, domestic and Intercontinental), under the remarkable management of Bernard Claudel and his predecessors, sadly withdrew in 1994, this mere substitute, labelled ‘’Signature Service’’, is not only way under what Air Canada’s premium product used to be but it sits way behind when compared with many leading foreign airlines’ Business class offering, nowadays. Beside the fact that it provides full flatbed seating, the ‘’Signature’’ fares, that level up to what First class fares used to be, are definitely way overpriced when you take for account the low quality (and quantity) of the overall amenities. The very lame, unwelcoming, cold and totally lacking personality aircrafts’ interiors is at par with meal trays that, in no way, reflect a premium level of product. And I spare you my comments about the Economy class product; a true calamity! Frankly, the only product that scores the highest in the ratio quality vs. dollar, at Air Canada, is their Premium Economy. Whoever and whatever is hailing Air Canada as being one of the best airlines in the world is definitely promoting false advertising; it used to be the best until the very early 90s but surely not anymore, unfortunately. There is absolutely nothing exciting in flying up front with Air Canada anymore!

Vincent Philippe that's not true.. Business class on air Canada is amazing.. There premium economy is fine but not much.. The fact that is 1 2 1 configuration is even better because for Windows seats you'll get the most privacy ever

That is why many independent reviewers never support national carrier but mainstream reviewers do, may be independent are most welcome where Canada's interest are not seen good to be in mainstream category.

Air canada Food is no good n gives very Less quantities. Alcohol drinks they charge..not Good Flight.MUST IMPROVE.
