Donn build a sand blaster! Those parts would clean up like new and much easier. I use my sand blaster to clean up everything. It’s a bit persnickety in its running but the out come is much better than by hand or wire brush! OH !!!! I did not realize the air compressor was for a sand blaster!!!! Great work!

You really should do a hydraulic pressure test when you reactivate rusty pressure tanks. Incompressible fluids don't scatter parts over the next county if the tank fails.

its 8 bar... its not needed under 10 bar. at this pressure, if a leak ocours itts at the most a pinhole, different story above 30 bar or with steam at even 8 bars or lower pressure, indeed, thats dangerois.

Just 2 things: 1) try to check electric with a tester first before plug, (the IEEE xxx asign the light blue cable to the neutral, maybe better to keep that standard, than have a special for oneself), the 2nd: there must be a way to test ot ensure that the air container is fine not having rust damage and able to resist the pressure you're going to maintain in that cylinder, because it could be very dangerous if it's no able.
@JuniorJunison2 жыл бұрын
Yeah that was my problem too, he goes and uses steel fittings and doesn't have an inline water separator and no noticeable way to drain any water that collects inside the tank

Ottimo lavoro e ottimo video come sempre. Guardare i tuoi video è sempre tempo speso bene. Complimenti.

that tank needs to be hydrostatically test. This can be done with a grease gun, pressure washer, hand pump. This can be life saving. you need to test to at least 1.5 times tank working pressure
