Beta Overhauling is easy if you understand the logic why we do each step , in purifier it is the troubleshooting that is very difficult and for that you need to understand the theoretical concept well, so in ACHIEVERS PACKAGE there is around 3 hours of just lectures on purifier with live engine room round , showing starting , stopping , desludging and also opened parts as well.

That particular tube is ruptured somewhere inside and due to this bursting disc will activate as these tubes contains compressed air and due to this leakage the shell pressure will increase and bursting disc will activate .

That one tube is cracked so water is leaking from it cuz you'll are pressure testing. but in operation air would leak out of the tube causing jacket to pressurise and eventually work the bursting disc Of the after cooler. To stop the leak I would plug it with copper plug or else remove the tubes once more than 20%appoz tubes are leaking

Good day Chief! Could it be because that one single tube is damaged and the cooling water is entering it and therefore leaking into the outlet of the air intercooler? If that is so, what would be the best course of action? From my first Cadet experience, I saw some tubes in different coolers being "closed off" manually because they were leaking.. Assuming my answer is correct, is it possible to apply the same fix to an Air Cooler or would that drammatically affect the air output and therefor not advisable to "close it off"?

Why is water separator required? I don't think so we cool the air that much that it condenses ? Or is the possibility of cooling water entering into the charge we pass it to water separator just as a precautionary measure?

yes it gets condensed , for this we need to understand the concept of dew point and importance of pressure.

Fusible plug mainly use for reducing risk of high pressure in air bottle. if automatic cut-off sensors not work then Fusible plug start melting as per temperature and release excess pressure from the air bottle.
