Question? Did you cook it from frozen or did you thaw it out?

As a beleaguered European, what is 'Old Bay Seasoning' please?

Hello 👋 It is a seasoning used for mainly fish and poultry. Has a mixture of salt, black pepper, white pepper, celery seed, paprika, nutmeg, all spice, ground mustard, ginger, clove, red pepper flake, bay leaf, and cinnamon. Basically everything in your pantry all rolled into one.
