Another keeper! This one was as close to restaurant quality as I've gotten to so far, and will definitely make again. If your sprouts are a bit on the small side it probably wouldn't hurt to back the temp down a bit if that's your preference, but I kind of like them on the charred side.

I made these, I added a bit of squeezed lime juice. Added at sane times of vinegar. Very good. A nice ride to flavor town. Had ours with steak and red wine. So good. Made ours in Ninja Foodie Grill air fryer, 350 degrees 15 minute, added leaves at 7 minutes. Thanks.

Thank you. Just tried these for the first time and WOW! Delicious. My only suggestion is smash the garlic first to release the beneficial chemistry within the garlic cloves. Other than that, thank you for a perfect recipe.
@Sgt.MyGunBroke3 ай бұрын
Wouldn't smashing it beforehand increase surface area - thereby oxidization? Our teeth can smash the garlic just fine when we eat lol.

Someone may have mentioned this, but why don’t you wash and dry those outer leaves. 😢 You can toss them in a little of the seasonings, then air fry after the halved ones are done. Those crispy bits are so good.

Personally I recommend you cut them into thirds. If you get little guy, half is fine. But I know you often come across an absolute unit of a Brussel sprout, go quarters. All long ways like he showed. I hope more people accept Brussel sprouts into their lives. So good. So hated by our parents. I know I never ate because they didn't like em.

I recommend doing 5 minute intervals when cooking. The size of brussel sprouts can significantly alter how well done they end up by 15, and you might want them out by 10! Mine ended up extremely dark. Apparently not burnt though. But I think they were looking close at 8 minutes, and should've stopped at 10 probably.
