Made this for dinner tonight after watching the video. So good! Served on a bed of arugula bc I can’t eat rice one more night 😂 Made the delicious sauce in my le creuset skillet, then tossed in air fryer chicken. Beautiful dish!

Hi Chef Zee, That mojo chicken recipe looks delish. I don't have an actual air fryer but have a convection oven that does. What temperature would I set it and for how long?

Works just the same in a concave toon oven. You use the same settings. Chicken might take a little longer to cook but that’s ok. The key is to keep the chicken moist while cooking. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching 💚

Sure can! You can pan fry the chicken over medium - high heat. And it will take roughly the same amount of time. Just add oil to pot and flip chicken after a few mins so that it browns and crisps up evenly on both sides. Once the chicken is done, remove and make the mojo sauce right in the pan. Note the sauce may be darker because of the chicken. Once the sauce is done, toss the chicken back in and enjoy!!!
