Omggg my first making flan followed everything except the baking I put it at 350 for 1 hour and did the knife test till it was ready and it came out amazinggggg

When I was in 4 th grade my teacher had each of us bring a recipe to make a cooking book for mother's day. She shared with us how to make flan. It was the best. This comes close to it. After I moved many times the recepe got lost. I'm happy to try this one

Chef zee, I was born in the Dominican Republic and came to the USA when I was eight years old. I dont like spaghetti, but I never did either salami, but I took some chicken cutlets and steamed cooked. When it is done, I brown it a bit, then I cut in tiny pieces and use another type of pasta, and I followed your recipe, which came out delicious. Thanks for sharing your wonderful recipes. I've tried showing my dad how to make curry. But he's super American and doesn't cook anything. He literally throws everything in the pot like a soup and then pours water and curry paste and calls it chicken curry.. It taste nothing like the curry we get from the restaurants, but in his mind it's "exactly what they make at the restaurant"... Anytime he says "I made curry" My gf and I go out and grab something to eat... Im gonna make him this recipe to actually show him that whatever the hell he is making is not curry

Someone said to me who needs pernil on thanksgiving with turkey like this I almost cried😂 I’ve been in a one sided beef with my mother in law for years cause she always makes pernil when I host thanksgiving every year and duh pernil is always better but NOT this year !!! Thank you Chef Zee!!!

This is a great recipe, pretty much the way I make it. Also adding anise stars and ginger to the tea gives it a nice bite to the Coquito. Great video. Greetings from Puerto Rico!!!

I’m usually a big fan of your recipes, but I tried this and it came out very watery. I think the tea watered down the drink too much. Maybe one cup versus two.

I did this recipe for the first time last night and I followed a recipe from a blog, I found weird that the person only seasoned with a garlic and a few other things. I wish I had seen your video before making it. The amount of sancocho I had was would not fit in any of my pots! I didn’t know que rendía TANTO 😅. Next time, I’ll take your tips and cut the recipe in half. I love auyama y yuca del sancocho ❤
