Seekh Kabab is a simple and easy grounded meat recipe that can be used as a main dish or a side item. seek kebabs can be used in wraps, making tacos and so much more. this is a very healthy version of kebabs made with lean ground chicken and very few spices.Enjoy!

Seekh Kabab Recipe
1 LB ground chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small capsicum/bell pepper of any color available
7-8 garlic cloves
1-2 inch ginger
2-3 Green chilis, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
1 teaspoon, Kasuri methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
1 teaspoon Salt/adjust per taste
some soft butter for brushing cooked kebabs, optional
Method,
to a chopper/grinder, add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and chopped bell pepper. grind to coarsely chop the vegetable.to a bowl add ground chicken. add coarsely chopped vegetables.
add cilantro and green onion.add all the ground spices and mix well.Apply some oil or water to your hands to prevent stickiness.skewer the kebabs. spray oil the air fryer basket.
place the kebabs into the basket. and Air Fryer at 380 F for 10 minutes. change the sides of the kebabs and spray oil on top.
air fryer for another 5 more minutes or until the desired color.Brush the cooked kebabs with soft butter for softer kebabs.
drizzle some lemon juice and serve hot
