Lots of obviously courted comments here; I have to say i wouldn't give any air-fryer house room; like all other trendy gadgets nobody needs one. Look at how it looks indeed? That says nothing at all but what does is the list of sponsors behind this obvious promo. Onion bhajis should be fried in oil and if cooked at the right temperature and drained there ought to be no oily gloop at all. The only gloop will be because this, like many otter recipes calls for such a thick stodgy batter.
