Ingredients
For the Riblets
1 lb pork ribblets, cut into single pieces with bones
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce amzn.to/1RTHGR3
3 Tbsp shaoxing wine or dry sherry amzn.to/2rGIW8k
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
5 to 8 large cloves garlic, cut in halves
For the Dipping Sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp copped cilantro
2 tsp Thai dried red chili flakes amzn.to/1Vw1Ebt
2 tsp toasted rice powder
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lime juice

Can can I use a pressure cooker to still make these ribs in anyway? I have a very nice pressure cooker and I am reluctant to buy another cookware such as the air fryer. I do love your recipes.
