I can't seem to get my garlic and cilantro to 'stick' to the fries themselves, do you have any tips for that?

My recommendation is to air fry the fries a little crispier then usual, then add a generous amount of olive oil along with the garlic and cilantro/parsley. The olive oil will let the herbs stick better. But in my experience the garlic still doesn't stick to the fries much. Another solution is to have a little ketchup or other type of condiment that you can dip your fries into and then use that sauce on the fry to stick some of the minced garlic on there and then take a bite.

Yeah, I'd throw it in the oil so it hydrates a bit, though. Throw it in there after you microwave the oil and minced garlic.
