AIR FRYER VS DEEP FRY LUMPIANG SHANGHAI | SPRING ROLL RECIPE

Lumpiang Shanghai is one of the most common food in FIlipino gatherings and celebratrions.
This lumpia recipe can be cooked in 2 ways: Fry in oil and air fryer.
LUMPIANG SHANGHAI | SPRING ROLL | AIR FRYER RECIPE
Ingredients are:
2 lbs - ground beef or ground pork
2 pcs carrots (minced)
2 green onions
1 tbsp - sesame oil
2 tsp - garlic powder
1 tsp - salt
pepper (optional)
2 - eggs (1 for marinade, 1 for wrapping)
lumpia wrapper
*This recipe is very forgiving. You can add more veggies if you like. Add 1 tsp of chicken powder for extra flavor.

Overall, I think it's almost the same. Lumpia cooked in air fryer for some reason tastes healthier, maybe because of less guilt when it comes to oil. Plus air fryer is so convenient at walang tilamsik 😀
