Air Fryer Yogurt Cake/3 Ingredients/Healthy and Easy

Making Air Fryer Yogurt Cake is an incredibly easy way for a fast and healthy dessert. It only needs 3 ingredients. No flour, no butter, no sugar.
Air Fryer Yogurt Cake
(size: 6-inch (15cm) )
Ingredients:
2 cups (450g) Greek yogurt
4 eggs (about 200g without shells)
4 Tbsp (40g) cornstarch
(320F/160C) Bake 25-30 minutes

I made this cake tonight. For me, I needed additional flavor. I liked the consistency and look of the cake. Reminded me of a soufflé. Next time I’ll add some fresh lemon juice and vanilla. Great discovery!

It looks good, but I would definitely put some vanilla or some type of extract in there because I swear anytime a baked good doesn’t have that when there’s eggs in it, I can always taste and smell the egg

just came across this video and i have this cake in the air fryer right now.. All I had was Greek Yogurt with Passion Fruit and so that is what i used for this recipe. I did add about 1.5 tsp of unrefined cane sugar to help bring out the sweetness. I will update to say how it turns out. :) UPDATE: Turned out great! Looked amazing and texture was not as light and fluffy as the vid because 25 minutes was just a little too long for my little air fryer and so the cake was a little overdone. But the taste was really good. Will definitely make this again.. in the oven the next time (170C for 50 mins but will check it at 45 mins) Thank you for sharing! :)

This looked delicious and I'm always on the look-out for air fryer recipes. However I can't stop myself from "adjusting" recipes. So I added some vanilla sugar (10gm) some vanilla and finely grated orange peel. I don't know whether this is better than your original but it tastes great! Thank you😊

May sound like a dumb question but how to preheat the air fryer? Just press power button and let it run empty for 20 mins?

Instead of cornstarch I use vanilla pudding powder (cooking type) and add some berries, cherries or peach slices for taste. I made it in the oven, but now trying my Ninja Foodi. Thank you for the recipe 😊
