@ima0a0 The only problem with you learning this move is that it is illegal in 2 different ways. First of all you cant launch yourself into the crease anymore and secondly your crosse cannot make contact with the goal. I see you posted 2 months ago but these rule changes came many years ago.

True, but this video has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with the MLL and this play took place more than a decade before anyone ever even came up with the idea of the MLL, so I'm not really sure where the relevance is in your comment.
