You are 100% right about that traction. I started playing ball in my AJ1 Phat triple black pair a couple of years ago and lets just say, to this day they still have great traction despite wear, tear, and erosion of the rubber outsole in certain spots. In a word, it's simply astonishing.

Nice! It's good that JB fixed the sizing. I went a .5 size down when I grabbed the white/metallic navy. Joints. Side note: I hope JB retros the white/metallic maroon & white/metallic purple soon.

It was hard for us employees to get a pair as well, A store can only hold off 20% of its stock for employees and I got REALLY lucky. My footlocker is huge so that's how limited these are

You can wait in line that morning you're in a line for the pairs that weren't picked up via the raffle so sizes will be random. Still a good thing to do so you can size swap w a consignment shop afterward.

The last retro I got was the Chicago 1's and I've always had to go a half size up because my true size would hurt the sides of my feet so bad. Is there really that much of a size difference now, that I can go back to my true size? I do like to use sneaker shields with these too. Thanks.
