I actually love this colorway , I disagree with you about the pop of red or somthing . I like that they kept it simple. My only complaint in all jordan retro is when they make everything on the shoe match so well then randomly throw a yellow or random color jordan logo .

I love 14s.. these are an easy cop, just so wearable. I disagree about wanting a hit of colour. The moment you add a red these become half as wearable. A super clean black and white kick goes with everything. 👍

They're so pretty. My first pair of Jordans were the 14 white with the black suede toe back in 1998, the look of the 14's have always been my favorite. But as for comfort and control while playing in, I'd have to go with the 17's. The 17's were the best basketball sneaker I've ever played in.

Agreed. I am a huge fan of the AJ XIV Candy Canes: something about them just grabs people’s attention, and they standout against any fit. 17s were probably the most locked-down, stable pair of J’s I’ve hooped in, and in my opinion resulted in the least post-game foot fatigue. PITA to lace and unlace though. Also can’t deny the coolness of the briefcase back in the day. $200 USD retail must have been some kind of record for shoes back then.

This is my first pair of 14’s and I’m from Chicago. I am a Chicago kid I’m a big fan of the Bulls/Jordan I prefer the Chicago colors ways when it comes to my Jordans but…. At time it’s difficult to get them so occasionally I’ll get a color way that I can still wear with my chi town colors ways like the White Sox!!!! Chris is right you really have to break the 14’s in and then there an amazing shoe I’m finding out I look forward to getting more 14’s fyi the 7’s and 11’s and 13’s are a more more comfortable and cushioned ride. I’m working on getting my first pair of 12’s and some point this year.

The Air Jordan 14 is one of my favorite Air Jordan models. That being said, I am on the fence on this model. Not so much the colorway but, the upper material used. But, as Chris stated, this colorway model will probably be on sale soon after the release and probably pick up a pair or two. Would like to see retro release of the Air Jordan 14 model from the CDP back in the day. These were my first pair of J's as a kid accept, they were the Laney colorway. The only thing I hated was the foam scuffed SO EASY I couldn't keep them clean at all. Speaking of retros, hey man those Jordan 19 Flints Black/Red I was a un-guardable. I don't know what the hell it was about those shoes. I remember 2008 like it was yesterday man I hit 26 threes in a row between nine pickup games. I felt like I was in a trance. Man, I'll never do that shit again to save my life. 😂

If the black fades you can buy this spray saphir It will dye it it’s fool proof. It’s not a crazy hardcore dye. You just spray on and is super easy to work with. My black timbs look brand new right now

@@ST-tx7kq It’s because of the XIV on the sole. Salinas and Norcal in general have Norteños which use 14 (N is the 14th letter of the alphabet) and so Salinas police thought Norteños would walk around on dirt marking XIV with the sole lmao.
