The white cement in my opinion is just above the black cement however I don’t have a pair of the black joints.

Only thing about 3s are they crumble if stores too long and the paint chips on the midsole almost all the time. So you definitely gotta rock your joints.

Yea they should mention the sizing change in the product description. Hopefully you can size swap with someone, if not you can double sock it or throw another insole in there.
