I remember having a pair of Jordan 29s that had the same design as this pair. I remember telling my mom to buy them for me while she was in America, NYC. She came back home with the pair and I was livid cause at the time I was the only person to have that pair in the whole of Southern Africa. A couple of months later when Jordan stores came to Africa, I was a hot shot cause I had the pair already and celebrities (here in South Africa) were introducing them to the masses. I remember quite well, black with metallic elephant print but it looked like molten rubber on top of the shoes. Had the same translucent wavy soles. For the first months, I thought my shoes were fakes😅
