Ron, sounds like your trap is too close to your compressor. You have to give the air time to cool down. Tony has his at 15' before he uses his trap. If that doesn't work try 30'. Should be that simple!

motor guard m30 kit on amazon come with 3 filter's in the kit for 93 can't beat it works amazing i'm using it with my 29g for painting run a 3ft hose to the m30 filter then my 50ft house i can hold 30 psi

Not too sure if this is where that guy was going with the inline filter thing but... QUESTION Is it possible to use an inline filter to remove contaminants from a regular air compressor in a pinch for touch up painting (autos) or is it absolutely 100% necessary the compressor be of the oil less type?
