Some have questioned whether was this really giving as the commercial was made to make money. Well, first this the purpose of commercials. But, in all of this Air New Zealand’s name was mentioned only once, if I recall correctly. The commercial could have made without making anyone money but themselves. Yet in the process but rather than focus on that purpose they focused randomly on benefiting others in more than one way. They modeled a giving spirit. They encouraged us to pass it on. I, myself, am inspired.
