AIR RIFLE HIKING WITH FX WILDCAT COMPACT I FARMYARD PEST CONTROL

In this video, we're going to do a guided air rifle hiking trip out to a farm with FX Wildcat Compact air rifle. We'll be using the air rifle to take down pests birds that causes damage to the farm. The pellet rifle i used in this video is called a Fx Wildcat BT and it is a 22 caliber. The scope is from Element Optics and the slugs that i wil be using is the 25gn Slug Hp 2 from HN Sport. I am a professional hunter and professional shooter. This video is to educate my fellow hunting sportsman and new beginners.

Enjoyed the video. I have to ask though, do you have a heavier hammer or slug probe installed? If not I have no clue how you are achieving those velocities and that reg pressure. With a .25 cal hammer installed in my .22 cal wildcat bt I get valve lock after 140-145 bar.

Gerard, I have an FC impact m3 in .22. I would like to try HN 25gr. Slugs in my standard 700mm barrel. I will eventually get a heavy slug liner, but it seems that now dealer in the US is able to get them right now. My question is....how do you decide on the size IE....216, 217, 218 etc? Thanks for your experience and sharing with us novices.

Great shooting as always. Got a question, how often do you clean out your liners in your FX air rifles in order to keep up the consistant accuracy you are getting. I'm having to clean both 700mm standard STX and heavy STX liners for my Impact M3 .25cal at approximately every 200-250 shots especially when using H&N slugs to pick up the consistancy in accuracy again.

That is usually the problem to find the sweet spot. Those settings has given me the best results thus far
