Hi Tracey and Billy. Another fabulous video. Anyone who hasnt done Aira Force and Gowbarrow Fell are missing a treat. Those views down Ullswater are stunning all the way down to Yew Crag. Ive never done that path through the heather and ferns always done the full clockwise route from where you parked. Will definately try it next time as its somewhere we visit every year. Good to see your sister enjoying the walks too. ATB 🙂

Aira Force is probably one of Lakeland most visited places, the car parks when you pass are usually always busy! Aira Force itself is spectacular, especially after a wet spell, i.e.this summer 😂🌞🌨🌂Gowbarrow Fell is a good circular walk with views over Ullswater lake beautiful 😍 ❤ Good to see your sister with Teddy 🐶on the vlog 😊 did you bake the coffee/ latte cake Tracey 🎂 🤔looked very tasty 😋 ❤ great walk this with you all , regards to you all & Mister Andy 👍

Morning Tracey, lovely video as always, it’s my plan to tick off Gowbarrow sometime this winter when the bracken has gone. It’s noticeable that it’s started to brown in the last two to three weeks. Hope you’ve been enjoying this lovely weather this week and managed to get out, it looks like it’s on the turn after today. All the best 😀⛰🥾

Hiya Tracey. What a lovely walk this is. Amazing views all round from this relatively small fell. I could sit for hours on Yew Crag. This was the first walk I took my grandchildren on when at the end of it my grandson declared himself a real pro-hiker. The view from Green Hill and back down are pretty special too. I thought I was hearing things at first. The sound of cow bells reminded me of the Swiss Alps. Nice to see you out with your sister and Teddy Bear. As usual a special mention to Billy Bob the *ROCKSTAR*

Nice fell Gowbarrow and smashing views down the lake. Decent weather really though a bit blustery. At least this summer meant that the force had plenty of water.

Hi Tracy, Another great video with a detailed description of the walk. I had the pleasure of meeting you in person earlier this week up on lord's Seat at whinlatter forest. As I told you, I love your vids and was totally shocked and thrilled to meet you in person and you are just as lovely in person as you are on the videos. Keep up the amazing content. I love the scissor map section as it really helps when using map and compass as I do. cheers Jim.

@@Traceyattrill-Essexgirlinwild We were extremely lucky Tracy. We managed to do eight fells and 26 miles in the 4 days we were in the lakes. ( Sale /Ling fell. Lords seat, Barf Broomfell, Whinlatter, Walla crag an Bleaberry fell. My favourite walk is the one in this video Gowbarrow, especially because you also have the waterfalls to view. Lovely to meet Billybob also. Take care and safe hiking, Jim.

Hi Tracey, good to see you out with your sister again. There were some magnificent views. Aira force waterfall looks fantastic. Bit late watching this week as we have been in Northumberland for a few days. Sadly not much walking anymore since hubby's accident but did visit a few nice places. Thank you for sharing. ATB. Take care, stay safe and keep well.😊

@Traceyattrill-Essexgirlinwild27 күн бұрын
@jameslowther9792 you are gonna be surprised by this answer but my favourite walk is from whinlatter Visitor center to Lords Seat and Barf to Seat How ....I have done a walk called ,'The yellow brick road to Barf ' ...but a close second it's Whinlatter Fell from Darling How to Lords Saat and I have done a video on this too . .I just love the mix of mountain scenery and coniferous forest and it's not too hard. I'm all for an easy life haha

Hi Tracey, This is one of our favourite walks though we do our variation the other way round ie clockwise as we are NT members we park in the main carpark. You forgot to mention the castellated house Lyulph's Tower which is a fake (folly), sis still has that bloomin bell 🔔 🙄. The summit is our usual lunch stop, or rather just off it depending on which way the wind is blowing. We normally ascend via the Ulcat Row path (not on OS maps) so we loose the crowds. That was August, now it's 28th September, we've just had 6" rain how have you faired? Cheers Graham
@Traceyattrill-Essexgirlinwild19 күн бұрын
@gberish602 I didn't know how to pronounce Lylphs tower ....I can't even spell it haha ....you get used to the di g dong and it's like a ticking alarm clock after a while you forget about jt....Ulcat Row I'll have to look that up....we have just had the hottest week in Sept it's been amazing but now back to winter...hope your keeping well
