If you put some dielectric silicone in the caps on the lock it will prevent rust.

Does it say "MADE IN USA" on the box or Made in China? The wording of the listing on Amazon makes me suspicious it's really made in China, even though they try to make it sound like it's made in USA.

I believe it’s made in China.
