I’m local here and so many people of my friends have been made homeless ! Property prices here are rising by £2000-3000 per month, rents too. Sad that their are only a couple rentals for locals in the whole of the county, but plenty of overpriced Airbnb’s :(

stayed in many cottages in Looe over the years some haunted yes i agree about the people i remember back in the 1990s Looe Hill that very steep climb there was a local lady in her 80s walking up with no problem 😂

Great video, I love Looe. We went for cream tea in the little cafe opposite the pasty shop you went in! There is also a Pirate souvenir shop down the harbour front, some great stuff in there. 👍

It's lovely round that area of Cornwall I've spent many summers around there as my grandparents had a static caravan at par and I must say elan using a good old school film camera is nice to see not many people appreciate the quality of them anymore I've still got Nikon which I use but not as my new one

Such a beautiful place, thanks for sharing it with us Nic - we're wanting to travel so much, but obviously, it just hasn't been the time (yet). What do you reckon the height of the ceilings were? Wish we had the type of hot water heater over here in the States that the UK has (they can be installed but most places don't - wasteful use of energy) Cornish pasty, yummy!
