Very helpful - as always! I am embarrassed to admit, but the negative/positive aspects of templates sometimes get me a little confused. Thank you. 😬👍

Another encouraging video, and this one shows that anyone could do this in 15-20 minutes with just a bit of practice. Keep at it folks and AA!

I like all of the airbrushing that you do I think that they are cool like the skulll with the horns an the others that you have done and I have watched you do I would like to add this to the paint and body work that I have done for 31 years an I am getting up in age and I would like to do this so I can have something to fall back on when I get ready to retire

Thanks for the tutorials. I have just started airbrushing and want to know if the IWATA Eclipse HP-CS is the right airbrush for doing the detailed white? It came with the .35 needle. If this detailing can be done with the .35, could I have the wrong air pressure or mixture of paint? Also I am painting goalie helmets and not canvas. One last question. Does this IWATA handle different size needles? Thanks again for the tutorials and the time.

Thanks for sharing. I would like to o this on a silver aluminium base what would that change with colours?
@AirbrushAsylum3 жыл бұрын
Just remove the Payne’s grey section and if you wish to render with a mid tone then mix up a lighter transparent black and start with that colour, it would be more difficult but just give it a go . Also, quick tip when working over metallics complete your highlights using white as per usual and then spray over the white areas with a white Pearl that way you will avoid that horrible ‘chalky’ look of the white when cleared 👍🏻

I’ve watched a few of your videos now and you make it look so damned easy; I’d love to airbrush the Motörhead warping onto one of my guitars, but I can’t work out where to start. I guess a template would be useful, but there aren’t any readily available and I’m not sure how to create one of my own as, despite it looking easy on the face of it, there are a lot of intricate details when you really study it - any ideas please?

I should add, I use an airbrush for modelling but have never tried anything like this...

White always dries on the tip extremely fast for some reason in my experience, Why is that?. I can spray black all day long but as soon as white comes out I'm constantly cleaning the tip

I really appreciate how you talk throughout the video s tutorials. However..........I personally dislike a great percentage of the tutorials I've seen you produce. It's not how you present your tutorials, for me it is primary the subject matter of many of them. Skulls, Skulls and snakes, the Grimm Reaper,.etc. etc. I have done a couple just to gain some control. Not everyone is into the dungeon and demonic scene. I would like to see a series on how to develop a landscape with possibly a weathered and ragged barn. Or a sea scape with boats and fishermen, or. Even how to do a portrait of your family pet. That is where I'd like to develop more in the uses of shading and shadow, the overlayering of color and texture, highlights/ lowlights. I'm not talking about Photo-realistic but recognizable artwork that could be eventually displayed. Not Tee shirt stuff. Real canvas type of artwork. Please consider doing something along these lines. Thank you for your consideration and thank you for helping so many of us to step away from just painting fishing lures. ( I do that now.....want to expand my skills). Thank you. Dennis Good
