Thanks for the video. I've been using Mobius 0.3 for some time and I'm very impressed by its performance. It's precise, easy to disassemble and clean and overall finish is superb. I guess Mobius 0.2 will be even finer. Recommended!

@@AirbrushAsylum I took your advice and just ordered a Creos PS 771 custom micron from spraygunner and should be here on Thursday they are always giving great deals on airbrush supplies and airbrush guns they discounted my Creos down to $175 for a custom micron with the MAC valve and the 0.18 needle I’m so excited to be able to make super fine lines and have a airbrush for high detail thank you for the review of the Creos and thank you for all you and show us beginning noobs ! For the past six months, I have been using both the 0.2 and 0.3 models and have found them to be exceptional. The only issue I have encountered is with the cup cover, which seems to be slightly too small and does not stay in place securely. Despite this minor inconvenience, I am highly satisfied with the quality of Gaahleri products and have since retired all of my six airbrushes in favor of Gaahleri airbrushes of various sizes.

which one is better, 0.2 or 0.3? I mean if you had to pick one?
@redorbstudios7731
@redorbstudios7731 2 ай бұрын
@@zuzannalea Hello @zuzannalea, is not a matter of which one to pick, is about the type of work you do. The 0.2 is for very fine work, for small spaces of details. The 0.3 gives you a wider line but is very good for small details as well. I love them both and they look beautiful in my airbrush stand. The only issue I had was with the cups cap been too loose. I contacted Gaalheri and in less than 48 hours I got two brand new cups for the 0.3 and 0.2 in the mail. Excellent customer servive.

Many thanks for your review. I have a question. Do you plan to review other Gaahleri Airbrushes such as GHAC-Swallowtail, GHAC-Swallowtail SD or GHPM-Mobius SP? 🙂

Has anyone tried the swallowtail. Due to my cerebral palsy i need a "detail trigger airbrush " and just through marketing/yt videos its the closest thing i think. But itd be my 1st airbrush. But so far gaahleri looks solid. Been a subscriber for over a to this channel. Love your videos/content! ❤

I have just bought one, and used it for the first time today (that is the Barbatos Rex one). I used the 0.3 needle, and it works well - haven't tried the 0.5 and 0.7 yet. There are reviews, amongst others, on Nigels Modelling Bench and of course the Barbatos Rex Channel.

Thank you for this review ! These days I heard a lot of good feedbacks about new H&S infinity 2024, did you try it? Many pros tell that it is a real game changer, but I am interested to hear your feedback, I follow you for a while and you seems to know a lot about airbrushes ;-) H&S is cheaper than Iwata equivalent , but still expensive for a casual miniature painter like me ...

I was under the impression that you could use the 0.3 needle and nozzle in the 0.2 air brush. Am I incorrect?

Unfortunately, you have to purchase both airbrushes to be able to use both setup, unlike the H&S airbrushes, which can use all needle/nozzle setups for the Ultra, Evolution and Infinity. All cross compatible.

Based on their website, you can. They list both .2 and .3 as compatible nozzles. They also sell a 0.5 set, so it would make no sense for them not to be. It would be more work to make them not compatible

35 psi is high. Not only that, the higher pressure should increase responsiveness. The lines are broken and skippy. and not using the needle guard adds to the lack of line consistency . According to your test, psi & paint thickness. It's these types of guns that discourage beginners. Sorry but anyone who wants to succeed in the airbrush business. Invest in a h&s (now owned by iwata) or my advice. Just buy an hp-cs. Big, Big, Big misconception is the smaller the nozzle, the finer the line. Absolutely untrue unless you are using a micron. And even then. A .23 is finer than .18's in alot of cases i find. My .35 eclipse gets finer lines than you would think is possible. Even @ 20 psi with correctly reduced paints and a compressor with a holding tank. If you don't have a compressor with a holding tank. You might as well quit while your ahead. I don't mean to sound like a know it all but i'm doing this since 1988. I will do a zoom with anyone to prove of what i am saying. All these new air brush companies are sub standard products. I am not a fanboy of iwata. Infact, the old Olympos Microns are actually finer and sharper than even the iwata.

@@užívateľúčtu-g2f I have 2 microns .18 & .23. And i have a couple others, but my Takumi eclipse is capable of doing most fine stuff. I think the trigger on the Takumi is the best one i've used. I use createx illustration colors with the 4011 reducer . I also reduce the paint 50/50 minimum, usually i reduce further. But i've used the paint straight out of the bottle and reduced less than 50%. btw since my comment. i received the new h&s infinity. It is nowhere near a micron, even though they say it is capable of superfine detail. I'm trying to get them on the phone. I emailed them that i wanted to exchange it or return it and they replied a week later saying they would look into it ? its been weeks with no reply. Iwata is the best by far. It's just in a different league.

@užívateľúčtu-g2f i was just using the infinity and it just stopped spraying paint. Like its clogged but its not. I got a bad one. The inlet valve was loose when i got it. The needle sticks in the nozzle. And now im getting ignored.

I use 0.18 CM too, besides Badgers and Paasche a/b. 4011 reducer doesn't work for me (i use Cteatex& Vallejo paints). 4012 used to be amazing, now i am courious about their new 4021 reducer... Micron best for me so far..
